Job summary

A manufacturing company in Batu Pahat is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, lead and motivate the production team, and ensure safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in engineering, strong leadership skills, and at least one year of experience in manufacturing. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a diploma in Mechanical/Electric & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing field is required.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

• Arrange daily production activities according to production schedule


• Lead, motivate, communicate and organize the production team


• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules


• Oversee and coach employees


• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance


• Check production output according to specifications


• Submit reports on performance and progress


• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements


• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures


• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Certificates/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering Mechanical/Electric & Electronic or equivalent.


• Required language(s): Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
