• Oversee and coach employees.
• Guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process.
• Optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing costs.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Train new employees on safe machinery use and enforce safety guidelines.
