The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of CNC programming experience, particularly in sheet metal. Qualifications

About the job

• Develop, maintain, and optimize CNC programs (laser cutting, punching, bending, etc.).
• Interpret drawings, 3D models, and BOMs for accurate programs.
• Prepare setup sheets, nesting layouts, and work instructions.
• Optimize material use and cycle times via efficient nesting/tool paths.
• Coordinate with teams (production, maintenance, engineering) for program compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and revise programs to fix issues and improve quality.
• Maintain a program database and manage revision control.
• Support new products by developing and validating prototype programs.
• Collaborate with QA for specification and tolerance compliance.
• Train operators on machine setup and program execution.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Requirements
