Qualifications

• 3–6 years hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with tablet press, capsule filler, and/or sachet machine.
• Able to perform machine setup, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up tablet compression, capsule filling, and sachet filling machines before production.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on tablet, capsule, and sachet machines.
• Troubleshoot machine jamming, stoppages, and minor mechanical issues during production.
• Ensure tablets, capsules, and sachets meet target dosage and content consistency.
