Requirement

• Transport Allowance: RM200/mth
• Nightshift Allowance: RM10/day
• Full Attendance Allowance: RM150–RM150-RM300 based on 3-month cycle.
• Meal Allowance: Daily limit RM10 credit to employee card.
• Willing to work shift hours
• 8AM to 8PM (3hrs OT) or 8PM to 8AM (3hrs OT)
• 4 days work, 2 days off shift pattern
• Air-conditioned Clean Room Environment
• Extended hour of standing/sitting depending on position
• Mostly automation, less physical demanding task.

Responsibility

The Production Operator is responsible for carrying out lithium-ion battery production processes according to work instructions and safety standards. This includes operating machines, assembling battery components, performing basic quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment to ensure consistent product quality and efficient production flow.

• Operate and maintain battery production equipment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on battery components and finished products.
• Handle materials including electrode sheets, electrolytes, separators, and battery cells carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
• Record production data accurately, including batch numbers, operating parameters, and inspection results.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines strictly.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, production deviations, or quality issues immediately.
• Participate in equipment cleaning, maintenance, and setup activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• To undertake any other assignment by superior.
