Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Operate the machine according to SOP/Work Instructions.
• Perform and ensure production output according to schedule with correct product quality and specification.
• Keep work place clean and tidy.
• Complies with company rules and procedures.
• Carry out basic maintenance activities and troubleshooting.
• Report any equipment or process abnormality or malfunction to the superior.
• Carry out any production process when necessary.
• Ensuring that the quality and environmental management system conforms to the requirement of ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001:2015.
• Implementation of Safety, 5S & ISO
• Follow all safety procedures & regulations and ensure safe work environment.
• Implement and participate actively in 5S activities for the Department & Organization.
• Support other key strategic 5S programs where necessary.
• Adhere to ISO standards compliance.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
