Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Confirm new customer orders and changes, and review build plans to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Control inventory levels and coordinate with PMT on the disposition of excess, slow-moving, and Engineering Order (EO) change materials, including material substitutions and system accuracy.
• Effectively manage inventory and Work-In-Process (WIP) levels to support production efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
• Follow up on material readiness and release shop orders in accordance with weekly shipment schedules.
• Ensure shipments are executed in line with customer delivery commitments, striving to maintain an OTD rate of 97% or above.
• Develop and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily production plans, tracking actual output against targets.
• Prepare accurate critical material reports, monitor daily delivery status, and proactively elevate issues to Purchasing (PUR) in the event of material delays.
