Job description

Continuous Improvement & Process Engineering Manager

Manage the overall operations of the Production and Production Storage Departments, ensuring adherence to quality, safety and delivery targets.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.

Monitor and optimize the use of manpower, materials, and equipment to improve productivity and reduce waste.

Review, update, and enforce compliance with ISO 9001:2015 procedures, including Quality Procedure Manuals (QPM) and Quality Work Instructions (QWI).

Oversee the preparation and accuracy of ISO reports submitted by subordinates.

Lead and maintain the implementation of 5S workplace practices to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for planning, reporting, and presentations.
• Experience in ISO 9001: 2015 and as internal auditor.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and waste management procedures is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage due to communication requirements with internal teams and suppliers.
