A manufacturing company is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Process Engineering Manager to oversee production operations in Shah Alam, Selangor. Responsibilities include managing production and storage departments, resolving quality issues, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, including 5 years in a managerial role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred due to communication with internal teams and suppliers.
Manage the overall operations of the Production and Production Storage Departments, ensuring adherence to quality, safety and delivery targets.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Monitor and optimize the use of manpower, materials, and equipment to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Review, update, and enforce compliance with ISO 9001:2015 procedures, including Quality Procedure Manuals (QPM) and Quality Work Instructions (QWI).
Oversee the preparation and accuracy of ISO reports submitted by subordinates.
Lead and maintain the implementation of 5S workplace practices to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.
