Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that processes deliver their intended outputs.
- Maintain the integrity of the quality management system during planned changes.
- Manage overall production activities, including machine, fixture, tool, and cutter maintenance.
- Control the progress of production output, shipment results, and sales.
- Conduct statistical analysis of workshop costs to reduce losses and improve benefits.
- Ensure smooth and efficient production to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements. Address production abnormalities promptly and follow up on production and quality issues to minimize impact.
- Analyze and interpret production data for management review.
- Coach subordinates on technical aspects and uphold machine operation rules.
- Develop and meet departmental KPI targets, continuously improving them.
- Resolve challenging on-site problems, conduct research, and innovate processes to promote energy conservation, emission reduction, and enhance corporate benefits.
- Record workshop employee performance, assess work, allocate tasks, and organize regular training based on needs.
- Coordinate 5S and safety practices on the production line, promote safe equipment operation, strengthen safety management, and prevent accidents.
- Participate in overtime work as required by the company.
- Create daily production plans for each machine and operator in after-machining stations.
- Evaluate new products and prepare processes, including fixtures, programs, cutters, and operational drawings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience in production management.
- Technical expertise in CNC Milling and related manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, CAD/CAM software, and quality assurance protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
