Overview :

  • To manage the production of manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality and adherence to budgets and deadlines.
  • To lead and coach engineers to continue strike for improvement and Production System implementation

Main Accountabilities

  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and lead production staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork to achieve production goals.
  • Quality Control: Monitor product quality and safety standards, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Safety: Conduct tools box talks and identify any gaps that’s need to be improved. Consistently engaged with team to ensure safety of workplace.
  • Budget Management: Oversee production budgets, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within financial constraints.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure all RCA was conducted effectively and action plans implemented accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and address any production-related issues.
