We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team at AR Furniture Marketing Sdn Bhd, based in Puncak Alam, Selangor. As a full-time Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing operations, ensuring we continue to meet the high-quality standards and delivery timelines our customers expect.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective production plans to meet sales and customer demand
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production floor, including managing workflows, monitoring performance and schedule, and problem-solving.
• Analysing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless production process.
• Managing and developing a team of production staff, providing training, and performance feedback.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Manufacturing, or Operations Management.
