About the Role

As a Production Manager at Lifewood Data Technology, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of our AI Data Production teams across multiple ongoing projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality data output, operational efficiency, and compliance with ISO and internal standards.

You will work closely with international teams and cross-functional departments to balance global workloads, improve production workflows, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑growing AI environment and is passionate about building high‑performing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in production, operations, or data‑driven environments.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills with a focus on efficiency and team development.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, essential for communication with regional teams and reporting lines.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, 6S, or Lean Management principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multicultural teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data reporting and analysis tools.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production operations for AI data projects.
• Plan and allocate workforce resources effectively, including coordination with overseas production teams to balance global workloads.
• Monitor production output, quality, and KPIs to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
• Implement and enforce 6S and ISO standards, driving continuous improvement and operational discipline.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Project Management teams to align manpower planning, automation tools, and project objectives.
• Coach and mentor supervisors to strengthen middle management and foster a culture of accountability.
• Utilize AI tools to support planning, monitoring, and reporting of production activities.
