Job description

As the Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the company's production processes. This full-time position is based in Ulu Tiram, Johor, and will involve managing a team of production personnel to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of products to our customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and optimise the overall production process, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring the workflow
• Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met consistently
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and facilities
• Manage and develop a team of production personnel, providing direction, training, and support
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to align production with business needs
• Monitor and report on key production metrics and performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
