Have at least 5 years exposure in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years at Manager level

Tasks & responsibilities

Ensure manufacturing capability / capacity to meet demands.

Review manufacturing capacity in line with existing equipment, headcount and other constraints versus demand

Monitor resources e.g. machine availability, mould requirement, material requirement, etc on a weekly basis

Prepare and update monthly and yearly goals and objectives for each different section of production in line with the company's goals and objectives.
