• Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand, considering capacity, inventory levels, and production lead times.
• Monitor and adjust production plans based on changing priorities and unforeseen issues.
• Allocate resources effectively across the SMT and PCBA lines.

Quality Control

• Implement and maintain strict quality control measures throughout the SMT and PCBA processes.
• Monitor quality metrics like defect rates, scrap percentages, and first pass yield.
• Investigate and address quality issues, initiating corrective actions when necessary.

Team Management

• Lead and supervise a team of SMT and PCBA operators, technicians, and supervisors.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Process Optimization

• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization initiatives.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance and calibration.
