This position plays a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and supporting new product introductions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and monitor production & logistics to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze production & logistics state and recommend process improvements.
• Coach the team to meet operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Determine root causes of non-compliances and implement countermeasures.
• Support new product introduction and project activities.
• Improve safety and quality to sustain certifications.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Job description

1. Plan, manage and monitor the performance of production & logistics activities to meet customer requirements and regulatory compliances.
2. Continuously analyze current production & logistics state and recommend changes in process flow, operating procedures and equipment to optimize and maximize production efficiency.
3. Demonstrate good coaching skills to drive the production & logistics team to meet operation KPIs (SQDCME) and lead the performance management activities to enforce continuous improvement culture.
4. Demonstrate good analytical skills to determine root cause of non‑compliances and propose and implement the right countermeasures to avoid recurrences.
5. Support new product introduction (project & launches) activities coordinated by the project engineer.
6. Continuously assess and improve the working environment safety and quality to sustain Environmental, Safety Health - ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 certifications.
7. Demonstrate flexibility and agility to perform any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
