Job Description

• Manage the daily production site of the production line, including the management of production employees and the completion of production plans.
• Arrange materials, personnel, tooling, fixture, work instructions and working environment before production according to the organization.
• Complete the production tasks arranged by the planning department on time and in quantity and make various production records, and feedback to the production supervisor in time if there are any problems.
• Strictly implement "5S activities" and do a good job in the cleaning and maintenance of the environmental area of the production site.
• Coordinate the interpersonal relationships within the production line, strive to improve the efficiency of the production line and urge employees to strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations and work discipline, cooperate with the personnel administration department to do a good job in the production line attendance record, assist in the training of new employees, and cooperate with the personnel administration department to do a good job in the regularization and change of production employees.

Job Requirements

• Received training in relevant professional knowledge such as production management, teamwork, 7S, ESD, ISO9001, QC080000, ISO14001, and safety education.
• More than 2 years of experience in the primary role of a production line, with the ability to manage production staff.
• Strong data-oriented mindset, innovative thinking, and a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Proficient in operating computer office software.
• Possesses a certain level of coordination and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Malay, Chinese and English.
