A leading chocolate manufacturing company is seeking a full-time Production Leader (Process) in Gelang Patah, Johor. The ideal candidate will oversee the production process, ensuring optimal machine output and compliance with safety standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring operators, conducting machine troubleshooting, and adhering to GMP guidelines. Candidates should have a diploma related to food technology or machinery and possess strong communication skills. Experience in the food industry is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Job description

This is a full-time Production Leader (Process) role based in Gelang Patah, Johor. As the Production Leader (Process), you will play a crucial part in overseeing the manufacturing operations at Fuji Global Chocolate (M) Sdn. Bhd.

What you’ll be doing

Work with Production Supervisor & Executive to carry out production as per planned.

Monitor Operator’s work condition and work safety.

Monitoring production machine output and quality and fulfil all related records.

Machine troubleshooting and basic maintenance.

GMP Compliance & Food safety aspects.

Proper PPE Usage, Safety and hygiene SOP.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Diploma in Food Technology, Machinery, Software, Computer Studies, or related disciplines

• Preferably with experience in the food industry, particularly in production, maintenance or quality control (experience is an added advantage but not mandatory)
