The Production Leader is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production in line with the company'sstandards. This role focuses on manpower supervision, production planning, quality, safety, and continuous improvement to meet output, cost, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production operators to achieve daily and monthly production targets
• Ensure production processes comply with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards
• Monitor production output, downtime, and efficiency; take corrective actions when required
• Coordinate with QAQC, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning teams to resolve issues

Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and materials

Train, guide, and evaluate production staff performance

Maintain accurate production reports and documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial) or related field

3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision

• Experience leading shop-floor teams in a structured manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety practices

Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions

Hands-on leadership and people management
