Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production operators to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
• Ensure production processes comply with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
• Monitor production output, downtime, and efficiency; take corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate with QAQC, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning teams to resolve issues.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen).
• Train, guide, and evaluate production staff performance.
