• Align departmental actions with production manager's master plan.
• Achieve KPIs in safety, output volume, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure product quality meets customer standards.
• Collaborate with HR for recruitment and employee development.
• Promote good housekeeping and work practices.
• Organize resources for daily production operations.
• Provide clear direction to direct reports for efficient workflows.
• Manage workplace discipline and identify training needs.
• Monitor production orders and schedule activities effectively.
• Coordinate shift transitions with supervisors.
