The ideal candidate will have a Degree/Diploma in Food Technology or a related field, with 1-2 years of F&B manufacturing experience. Responsibilities

  • Ensure on-time product delivery through effective production planning.
  • Identify and resolve production issues such as raw material shortages.
  • Supervise company personnel to ensure production plans are executed efficiently.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate company workers.
  • Conduct production reviews and develop improvement plans.
  • Monitor department Quality Management System (QMS) records.
  • Ensure GMP and HACCP procedures are followed.

Production Executive / Assistant Production Executive

Ensure on-time product delivery through effective production planning and operations.

Identify and resolve production issues such as raw material shortages, equipment/machine malfunctions, and other manufacturing problems.

Supervise company personnel to ensure production plans are executed efficiently.

Train, guide, and evaluate company workers.

Conduct production reviews, analyze relevant data, and develop improvement plans.

Monitor due and overdue department Quality Management System (QMS) records.

Ensure GMP and HACCP procedures are followed, implemented, and documented accurately.

Assist in Halal certification processes as and when required.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Food Technology or a related field.

At least 1–2 years of experience in F&B manufacturing (advantage).

Proficiency in both Malay and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

A proactive and collaborative approach with strong problem-solving skills.
