Monitor machine performance, production speed, temperature, pressure, and process parameters to ensure optimal output. Ensure smooth workflow between different stages of product manufacturing.

Production Operations

• Monitor machine performance, production speed, temperature, pressure, and process parameters to ensure optimal output.
• Ensure smooth workflow between different stages of product manufacturing.

Process Control & Improvement

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production efficiency, waste reduction, and product quality.
• Troubleshoot basic production issues and work closely with technicians for corrective actions.
• Participate in test runs, quality checks, and production trials as required.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all production activities comply with company ISO standards, SOPs, and quality assurance guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining accurate production records, inspection check sheets, and daily reports.
• Promote good housekeeping and ensure adherence to safety rules and proper use of PPE.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with QA/QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning departments to support smooth production flow.
• Report any abnormalities, safety hazards, or potential quality issues to supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or any related field).
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
