Job description

The organisation is specialized in manufacturing high precision metal stamping parts for electrical and electronics industries. It is equipped with the latest high technology machines. In order to produce high quality products, all the staffs are trained to be highly skilful and competent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, processes, quality and maintenance to ensure timely delivery to fulfil customer requirement
• Ensure production area and work station is safe to work, productive and has required inventory of material supply & WIP, Tools/Mold/Jig/Die, Safety Apparatus, Consumables, etc to perform and complete the production schedule as planned
• Strong analytical skills with systematic approach to troubleshooting and facilitating preventive measure and action plans
• Responsible to ensure production machinery and facility are properly maintained and the machineries are in good condition and clean
• To carry out training, skill development and growth for production team to ensure multi-skilled capability
• Assist in activities related to Quality Management System, Environmental System and Product Environmental
• Ensure FIFO is applied
• Drive achievement of Quality Objective, Quality Policy and Departmental Objectives

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field.
• At least 2 years of production experience.
• Proven experience in manufacturing and robotic handling.
• Possess strong analytical skill, able to interact with all levels.
• Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.00am to 1.00pm
