Job summary

A leading technology company in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated individual responsible for overseeing production operations and activities to meet objectives and KPIs. The successful candidate will conduct various checks, manage staff training, and implement safety improvements. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting production issues, conducting analyses, and ensuring compliance with management policies. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Maintenance Check Sheet (MCS) confirmation.
  • Implement Safety/5S workplace improvement activity.
  • Verification of destination change operation.
  • Conduct on-job training to other workers if necessary.
  • Evaluate worker skills by monthly basis.
  • Develop leader class skills.
  • Conduct Critical Process Check according to standards.
  • Perform OI Compliance check for all workstations monthly.
  • Check quality finding and conduct investigation.
  • Manage production capacity change operations.
  • Follow up on NG defective improvement activities.
  • Conduct Part Loss Analysis.
  • Contribute to Production KAIZEN improvement activities.
  • Implement worker disciplinary actions.
  • Manage productivity with DTS analysis.
  • Confirm SKYF analysis content and implementation.
  • Report and troubleshoot production abnormalities.
  • Develop cost-effective productivity activities.
  • Investigate line stop issues.
  • Prepare Line Stop details info for submission.
  • Conduct Line Stop Analysis with related departments.
  • Manage worker attendance and leave in ESS system.
  • Prepare worker overtime schedule.
  • Carry out IMS policy activities.
  • Conduct stock count activity.
