Position: Production Chemist cum WIM Supervisor

Location: Offshore

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support the operation and maintenance of offshore production systems related to the water injection system.
  • Perform production chemistry tasks, including sampling, analysis, monitoring, and reporting to support operational integrity.
  • Supervise water injection management activities to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Ensure all laboratory activities comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, test records, and quality control processes in an accredited laboratory environment.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams to resolve chemistry and water injection related issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to operational personnel as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining offshore production systems, particularly water injection systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.
  • Completed formal ISO 17025 training (Understanding MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 elements).
  • Strong analytical, supervisory, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work in offshore environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
