Job Description

• Operate and schedule the batching process according to SOPs, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor, maintain, and clean batching machinery and area for smooth operations, collaborating with the engineering team for routine maintenance.
• Ensure correct feedloading into tankers and storage bins for proper production.
• Accurately record and monitor production data.
• Comply with all safety procedures, food safety standards (HACCP)
• Supervise staff and ensure tasks are performed according to SOPs for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 1 year experience.
