Requirements

• Passion for the film and television industry, with some industry experience and understanding; preference given to candidates who have participated in end-to-end film projects.
• Proficient in office software, with basic text processing and spreadsheet handling skills.
• Good verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively and diligently, work in a clear and organized manner, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations.
• Some insight into local aesthetics and culture.
• Preference for candidates with industry film resources.
• Driving skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Producer with pre-production tasks, including scriptwriting, planning, and preparation.
• Follow up on project progress with the Producer to ensure shooting timelines and quality standards are met.
• Assist the Producer in post-production reviews and promotional activities.
• Collect, develop, organize, and maintain short drama resources.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management.
