Job summary

A global healthcare company is seeking a Production Assistant to support warehouse organization and compliance with GMP requirements in Batu Kawan, Malaysia. Responsibilities include processing, assisting with validation exercises, handling documentation, and maintaining a clean work environment. Ideal candidates will possess electrical and mechanical skills, be able to work on shift, and have a High School Diploma or GED. This position requires a dedication to safety and quality assurance protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the organisation of the warehouse in compliance with GMP requirements.
• Carry out the ETO processing as per the work instruction.
• Assist in the preparation of validation exercises.
• Report and inform supervisor if any non-conformance or abnormality is found during processing.
• Assist with the loading/unloading of vehicles as per shipping advice.
• Maintain a smart, clean personal appearance.
• Perform any reasonable request in respect of the efficient running of the site.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation at all times.
• Ensure compliance with company rules, safety, QA procedures, and SOPs.

• Ensure and comply with company rules, company safety, QA procedures and SOPs.
