We are seeking a highly motivated Production Assembly Manager to lead and optimize our assembly operations. This role is critical in ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and team performance while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Management: Plan and organize production schedules to meet quality standards, production goals, and customer expectations.
• Process Optimization: Implement and improve assembly line processes, identify bottlenecks, and introduce efficiency measures.
• Team Leadership & Training: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality, ensure compliance with specifications, and resolve production issues in collaboration with QA teams.
• Resource Coordination: Manage materials, personnel, and equipment to achieve on-time production within budget.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations; conduct inspections and corrective actions.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate production reports, analyze data, and present findings to senior management.
• Equipment Management: Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
