• Actively participate and provide support for new product launching related events
• Drive training initiatives and projects assigned
• Quickly learn new technology, practices, adjust based off market needs, and drive new and updated programs
• Work as a team player and also independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
• 1–2 years of training experience preferred (retail/tech industry is a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
