Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of working experience in sales or related field.
  • Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport and valid driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide AED related service & Equipment Dispatch to clients.
  • Follow up with existing clients to achieve KPI targets.
  • Meet sales targets for AED accessory replacements and upselling.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.

Computer literacy with practical experience in MS Office. Willing to travel. Possess own transport (car) & valid driving license. Responsibilities
  • Provide AED related service & Equipment Dispatch to client (Deliver AED/AED accessories/Equipment, conduct AED briefing, conduct AED maintenance service and installation of AED).
  • Follow up with existing clients and achieve the KPI targets for cold calling (leads will be provided).
  • Meet the KPI targets for AED accessory replacements, maintenance, and upselling of our products and services (leads will be provided).
  • Handle all AED service-related matters and ensure a high standard of work quality.
  • Generate revenue and meet sales targets as per company expectations.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information pertaining to client queries.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain good collection payment from client.
  • Keep records of necessary customer interactions and enter all information required into the company database and official WA group chats.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
