Job summary

A staffing agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking Product Sr Executives/Asst Managers to support the product department with daily tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking competition, providing insights on product performance, and coordinating with various teams on product launches. A Diploma/Degree in Business or Marketing and at least 1 year of related experience are required. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success in this role.

Support the Product Department in daily tasks and projects.

Assist in managing new or enhanced products and projects from concept to execution.

Help build pricing models and keep product documentation updated.

Coordinate with IT, Marketing, Customer Experience & other teams on GTM activities.

Track, monitor, and report performance of non-core products

Conduct research on market trends and customer needs to spot new opportunities.

Prepare FAQs, briefing notes, and supporting materials for product launches.

Take on ad-hoc tasks that offer exposure across functions.

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

At least1 year of experiencein product, marketing, or a related function/industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
