We are seeking a talented and driven Product Specialist (Sales Executive) to join our growing team at SYS HEALTHCARE SDN. BHD. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative healthcare products to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and make a meaningful impact within the healthcare industry.
What you’ll be doing
Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend the most appropriate SYS HEALTHCARE solutions.
Provide expert product demonstrations and training to ensure customers are fully informed and can maximise the benefits of our offerings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities and product developments to inform your sales strategy.
Represent the company at seminars and exhibitions.
What we’re looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the healthcare/medical industry. Candidates with specialisation in Urology or ENT will have an added advantage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels.
Strong technical aptitude and the capacity to quickly understand complex medical products and solutions.
Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals.
Ambitious, self‑motivated and results‑driven, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
