Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Product Specialist located in Perak Area. The Product Specialist will be responsible for understanding and promoting company products, providing excellent customer service, and addressing client inquiries about the products. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, assisting in sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.

Qualifications
  • Expertise as a Product Specialist, with the ability to understand, explain, and advocate product features and benefits
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to assess market demand, trends, and sales data
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with clients and teams
  • Experience in Sales, including meeting targets and fostering client relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is a plus
  • Prior experience in the medical or healthcare product industry is an advantage
