Job summary

A global healthcare group is seeking a Product Specialist (KETO) based in Pahang, Terengganu, and Kelantan. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and conducting educational activities. Candidates should ideally have a Bachelor's degree in a Science discipline and 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in GP and Private Hospitals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. Travel is required approximately 7-10 days per month.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferably in GP and Private Hospital.
  • Service-oriented, flexible and proactive towards clients' needs.
  • Strong determination to reach challenging goals and creating business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achievement of the assigned territory's Sales Budget.
  • Maintain, cultivate and expand existing customers in line with Company's growth strategies.
  • Organize and conduct CME activities to promote the assigned product.
  • Maintain an updated comprehensive list of physicians, hospitals and paramedical contacts.
  • Regular reporting of market intelligence.

The company is a major global healthcare group based in Germany that specializes in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion, and clinical nutrition. The company focuses on the therapy and care of critically and chronically ill patients. The company operates in over 100 countries worldwide, providing a wide range of products and services, including generic pharmaceuticals, biosimilars, and medical devices. The Malaysia HQ is located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Area of coverage will include Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan. Averagely, candidate will be required to travel (self-drive) outstation about 7-10 days per month.

Job responsibilities

Job requirements
  • Preferably Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines.
  • 1 - 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferably in GP and Private Hospital.
  • Service oriented, flexible and proactive towards clients' needs
  • Strong determination to reach challenging goals and creating business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Possess valid driving license with own transport
  • Fresh graduates with keen interest will be considered
