We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to drive sales in the thriving medical market with our innovative range of products.

Sleep portfolio (The Air Station - part of Easmed Group) - to cover Central and Penang

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company sales growth by developing new customer accounts and exploring new market segments.
• Collaborate with specialists/dentists/GPs to conduct sleep diagnostics and facilitate patient trials for sleep therapy.
• Provide support to both doctors and patients by preparing and sharing diagnostic and treatment reports to monitor patient sleep health and overall well-being.
• Actively participate in medical talks, conferences, roadshows, and workshops to promote products and services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Conduct after-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain therapy compliance, and safeguard the quality of patients’ sleep health.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare sales or clinical applications.
• Exposure in dealing directly with patients.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Genuine passion for patient care and well-being.
• Candidates with backgrounds as nurses, customer service professionals, cabin crew, or medical sales representatives (particularly in ENT, respiratory, and cardiology) are encouraged to apply.
