Job description

This role will be managing the process of new product development/ on-boarding and maintenance of Islamic Wealth Management products.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Market Analysis

• Identify and closing product gaps against local market, conventional banks and other Islamic banks across the region.
• Plan and execute product strategy aligned with GIWM’s overall business goals.
• Analyze customer data to identify potential product enhancement and new market opportunities.

Product Development and Launch

• Establish demand, viability and feasibility for new Islamic wealth products through actual survey with sales person and customers.
• Collaborate with GIWM and cross-functional teams to translate product vision into technical specifications.
• Develop comprehensive product launch plans, including marketing materials, sales training, and distribution channels with IWM MY.

Product Lifecycle Management

• Monitor product performance metrics (sales volume, customer usage, profitability) to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement product enhancements, updates, and feature releases based on customer feedback and market trends.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure product offerings comply with all relevant banking regulations and industry standards
• Monitor regulatory changes and adapt product features accordingly
