Role Purpose

Pine Labs’ product portfolio is one that touches millions of users every month. As Product Manager, you’ll contribute to the consumer and payment experiences at Fave – guiding roadmap, and execution – in a high‑visibility, high‑autonomy environment. That means you need to do everything it takes to ship new features to achieve 0 → 1 and 1 → n growth.

Responsibilities we entrust you with

The perfect candidate is a strategic thinker who is extremely analytical, values great user experience, frets over details and great at prioritizing.

The role will involve understanding the current state of products, identifying linear and non-linear ideas to improve different product metrics, creating product requirements and driving implementation. You will –

  • Set and communicate roadmaps that balance user value, commercial impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive discovery by running customer interviews, digging into data, and validating concepts with rapid experiments.
  • Define requirements & success metrics in crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure we adhere to regulatory and security standards in the fintech and payments industry.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship delightful experiences on schedule.
What matters in the role
  • Overall experience of 4+ years with at least 1-3 years in a product role. Experience shipping products used by hundreds of thousands of users is definitely useful.
  • You understand nuances of a great user experience, can use data to drive decisions and understand API documentations.
  • You output clear documentation of product requirements ensuring rework is not required after kick-off.
  • You can work closely with engineering teams to manage rollout of all product requirements with focus on both quality and time to market.
