Contribute to ongoing and existing product improvement efforts and Identify areas for enhancement.
Ad‑hoc as necessary.
At least 1‑2 years of working experience in the related field.
Customer services oriented, creative, passionate and good team spirit.
Good analytical and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines.
Critical thinking and creative problem‑solving skills and strong judgment and decision‑making.
Fluency in Chinese, Malay and English is required.
