Pre Production

• Plan concepts, rundowns & story beats
• Align hooks & story flow with creative team
• Prepare host & cast briefs
• Build backup casting options

Production

• Lead shoots with confidence
• Direct cast energy & emotional beats
• Maintain momentum & shooting efficiency
• Review edits & provide clear notes
• Ensure story clarity & pacing
• Deliver 2 final episodes weekly
