Job description

Category procurement: Handle procurement by category, such as telecom equipment engineering service, civil work, data center, managed service, logistics etc.

Supplier qualification: Source and qualify suppliers from the local market and ensure that the supplier qualification meets the requirements.

Supplier selection: Conduct category frame bidding, including collecting and analysing project demand and business strategy, preparing bidding strategy, conducting bidding and price negotiation, preparing and signing contract.

Project procurement management: Responsible for daily management of the selected suppliers at project level. Establish supplier resources plan according to project master plan, coordinate suppliers to prepare resources according to the plan, solve procurement issues during implementation.

Supplier development: Maintain the supplier relationship, communicate with the senior management of the supplier, and build a good supplier relationship and a healthy industry chain.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.

At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Candidate who are from Engineering background or Telecommunication industry related would be added advantage.

Willing to travel within Malaysia.

Good communication skill and team work.

Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries and operate successfully in an intense business environment.
