Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics with large datasets using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of Source to Pay systems is a big advantage.
• Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day queries and process clarifications across departments.
• Collaborate to develop test scripts and execute UATs.
• Create or improve Procurement PowerBI dashboards.
• Manage Procurement Reporting requirements including SLA tracking.

Job description

TopNotch HR Consulting Firm – Kuala Selangor, Selangor

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day queries, process clarifications from multi-departments using Grab’s help desking tool
• Collaborate with relevant teams in gathering system requirements, developing test scripts, executing UATs and documenting end user training
• Partner closely with Analytics team in creating new or improving existing Procurement PowerBI dashboards
• Manage Procurement Reporting requirements such as monthly, half yearly, adhoc & SOX reports which will also include SLA tracking and reporting
• Mange BAU tickets raised by Procurement with technology partners

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics using excel, gsheet (pivot tables, excel formulas, large data sets)
• Working knowledge of Source to Pay (S2P) systems and Oracle ERP are a big advantage
• Working with systems and supporting users with clarifications via different end user applications
• Analytical, Resourceful and Action-oriented in addressing issues and opportunities with urgency.
• Clear communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively organize, plan, control and prioritize work /projects under pressure
• Team player. Able to collaborate productively with cross functional teams.
