About the company: A well‑established food trading company known for sourcing and distributing quality food ingredients across the region. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager (SEA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure stable and competitive supply.
• Build and maintain long‑term supplier relationships to optimise cost, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier performance to meet key business targets (cost, quality, and delivery).
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, R&D) to ensure alignment of procurement with overall business goals.
• Stay ahead of market trends, consumer demands, and innovation in food ingredient sourcing.
• Track and analyse supply‑chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• The successful candidate will be reporting to the MD.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or related field.
• At least 6–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in food, FMCG or ingredient trading industry.
• Strong background in sourcing commodity ingredients and managing supplier networks.
