Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships to support business continuity and operational efficiency.

Cost Optimization & Market Analysis

Conduct market research to identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising product quality or operational timelines.

Prepare and manage procurement budgets, ensuring alignment with company targets and cost‑control objectives.

Inventory & Cross-Department Coordination

Collaborate with Logistics, Warehouse, and Store teams to align procurement activities with inventory needs and demand forecasts.

Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier data, and product information to support internal reporting and audits.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, statutory requirements, and ethical standards.

Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier reliability, product quality issues, or logistical challenges.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

Minimum 1 year of working experience in procurement; experience in overseas sourcing or international logistics is an added advantage.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in procurement or supply chain are welcome to apply.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication with overseas suppliers.

Basic understanding of customs regulations and import/export procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement‑related systems/software.
