Procurement Executive / Senior Procurement Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive / Senior Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities and support the organization’s sourcing, cost optimization, and compliance objectives.

This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers, handling sourcing, tendering, contract management, and ensuring procurement processes are aligned with company policies and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform end-to-end procurement activities including RFQ, RFP, tender exercises, quotation analysis, purchase order issuance, and contract management.
  • Source, evaluate, and conduct due diligence on new suppliers, including financial stability, compliance, quality standards, and overall suitability.
  • Analyze and negotiate pricing, delivery, quality, and commercial terms to achieve best value within approved budgets.
  • Lead or support tender exercises by preparing tender documents, managing bid evaluations, and preparing award recommendations.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with approved budgets, procurement policies, and contract terms.
  • Draft letters of award and contracts, and liaise with internal stakeholders or legal team for review and finalization where required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across various levels.
  • Monitor supplier performance against agreed SLA, KPI, and contractual obligations, and resolve supplier-related issues when necessary.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay updated on pricing trends, best practices, products, and services.
  • Ensure compliance with Company Policy, Limit of Authority (LOA), procurement SOP, and relevant regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the procurement function.
  • Prepare procurement-related reports and support management decision-making.
  • Act as a point of reference or spokesperson for procurement procedures, systems, and SOP when required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

For Procurement Executive

  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes, RFQ/RFP, and purchase order handling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.

For Senior Procurement Executive

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction project procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, subcontract works, tendering processes, and contract management.
  • Experience working with project teams, QS, consultants, and contractors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple procurements project simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiar with procurement systems and project-based documentation.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
