Job summary

A leading company in procurement services is seeking a Procurement Executive to coordinate internal procurement needs, manage supplier relationships, and optimize stock management. The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree or equivalent experience in Material, Electronics, or Supply Chain fields, along with fluency in Mandarin and English. Experience with SAP is a plus. This position is based in Seberang Perai, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Material/Electronics/Supply Chain Field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs.
• Research and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management.
• Analyze procurement data for efficiency improvements.

Job Responsible for Procurement Executive

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Research and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, orders, and other procurement documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the logistics team to optimize stock management
• Analyze procurement data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and cost savings
• Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures

Job Requirement

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Material/Electronics/Supply Chian Field.
• English & Mandarin speak and write and listening. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
• Basic Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
