Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the organization's goals, ensuring cost effectiveness and quality procurement process.
  • Supplier Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with terms to enhance product quality and reliability.
  • Contract Administration: Oversee entire contract management process, from drafting and negotiation to execution and compliance monitoring, ensuring all procurement activities adhere to legal standards and company policy.
  • Cost Optimization: Analyze procurement data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement innovative solutions to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: A degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is often required. Advanced certifications in procurement or contract management can be beneficial.
  • Experience: 2–3 years experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain roles, with a proven track record of successful negotiation and supplier management. Background in construction materials will be an added advantage.
