Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting process engineering, resolving process issues, and performing maintenance on various manufacturing equipment. Qualifications

• Technical diploma preferably with SMT/HLA/Rework experience or equivalent.
• Experience in PCBA assembly process is an added advantage.
• Rework experience is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Supports production in resolving process issues.
• Supports Process Engineering with qualifications, evaluations, and improvements.
• Maintains manufacturing jigs/fixtures and performs daily setup of equipment.
• Compiles and analyzes statistical data for critical processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Supports production in the resolution of process issues.
• Supports Process Engineering with process and equipment qualifications, process evaluation, and process improvements.
• Fabricates and maintains manufacturing jigs / fixtures.
• Performs daily set-up of Back-of-Line equipment, wave-soldering machine and aqueous cleaner.
• Performs set-up and layout of manual assembly lines.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance of wave soldering machine and Back-of-Line equipment.
• Compiles and analyzes statistical data for critical processes.
• Creates profile boards and sets up profile parameters for wave soldering and re-flow machines.
• Has the authority to make decisions and take proper action in support of production processes quality and yield.
• Any additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Technical diploma preferably with SMT/HLA/Rework experience or equivalent.
• Candidate with hardware assembly/final assembly (soldering iron skill) in PCBA assembly process is an added advantage.
• Candidate with Rework experience is highly encouraged to apply.
• Able to work shifts.
