Purpose Statement

To contribute to the efficient and high-quality production of Plexus products by skillfully performing assigned tasks, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Through continuous learning and collaboration, I strive to optimize processes, identify and troubleshoot issues, and ultimately support Plexus's commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Executes manufacturing solutions / provides services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
• Demonstrates a basic, discipline‑specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus manufacturing processes / product requirements & specifications as it applies to their role.
• Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' manufacturing processes and provides support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
• Basic understanding of equipment / process control / safety / risk awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.

Education/Experience Qualifications

• A minimum of one (1) year completed of an Associate's degree OR the completion of a diploma in a discipline related to electronics / manufacturing / engineering or science.
• One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
